At least once a week, sometimes more, we take a ride around the farm. It’s one of our favorite things to do together. I love it because it always reminds me of when DW and I had just started dating…he used to bring me riding around the farm all the time… Sometimes before our dates, sometimes after our dates, and sometimes that would be our date…I love that we fell in love on the land he grew up on, and where our children will grow up. I love that I’ve done a little growing up here myself, too. :)
Usually we take the 4-wheeler on our adventures, but being pregnant and riding the 4-wheeler really doesn’t mix… at least for this oh-so-big girl. :)
There’s nothing better than wide open spaces and the weather this weekend was perfect.
Sunday afternoon, we loaded up and took a ride. AB insisted on wearing her pink “cow-boots” (hand-me-downs from cousin Anna), and since she was looking so cute, I grabbed my camera to get some pics of her.
There’s a big pile of rocks that makes a great spot for pictures, so we made a stop there, and she loved getting to be “tall…”
I am not sure when our girl started looking five years old… ????
I’m sure she’ll seem even bigger when baby sister gets here!
How fun it will be to add another sweet little one to our riding around traditions… we’re going to have to get another pair on pink “cow-boots” for sure. :)

Such cute pictures, Annie, but I'm with you, Annabelle is looking all grown up (Allie, too!) It's making me sad, just wait 'til they get to be little mommas! Heaven help :)
She is ADORABLE, Annie!! I can't believe how grown up she looks in these pictures!
