Friday….

Another Friday is here. The weeks are just flying by!

- I am 20 weeks through this pregnancy this week (HALF WAY!!!) although I seriously look like I could deliver any day. AB has started calling me her “big ole Momma” – yes, she’s such a joy. Ha. Our BIG sonogram is scheduled for Tuesday morning. We’re so excited to find out what we’re having and to see how our family will be completed. There’s serious sweetness in knowing this it for us. (Not because I mind being pregnant, I’ve always loved it). But, I’ve enjoyed this pregnancy more than any of the others (even though I’ve stayed sick with sinus infections, colds, etc…) simply because I know how special it is. This is the very last time I’ll do this. I feel little kicks and flutters and can hardly wait for some big jabs. Somebody remind me of that in another month or so when I’m convinced I’m carrying Jackie Chan.

- AB is staying (and keeping us) busy these days with dance and T-Ball. T-Ball is going to deserve a post all it’s own soon. We had our first scrimmage game last night and it was Adorable (note the capital A!). Our first real game is tomorrow morning and we’ll have quite the cheering section there, I’m sure, to cheer her on. We seriously have the cutest team imaginable. It’s made up of kids of lots of people we know, most of who went to school with DW and I just love it. The kids are all so cute and such good kids, too. All of the Daddies who can, help out at practice and most nights it looks like we have just as many Dads as kids on the field. It’s so sweet.

- We made a weekend trip a couple weeks back to Georgia for DW’s PaPa’s 86th birthday party.

He’s the only one in his family to ever live that long, and told Devin’s mom he wanted to celebrate! Love it! It was also Elliot’s 16th birthday, so they’d gotten a cake for him, too.

The highlight of the trip for AB, was the games of pecan t-ball she got in with her Daddy & Uncle Adam. Grandma has a pecan tree in her front yard, so AB found a stick to use for her bat, and had DW & Adam pitching and catching for her. :)

- If Mamie wakes up on her own, she’ll call for me and say “Momma, are you?” Yesterday she was calling me and when I went in her room, this is how I found her. She said, “I wearin’ a hat, Momma, see?” She’s so silly and keeps me laughing.
