Nothing like waiting until the last minute. Anyone who knows me knows what a procrastinator I am. I have always “worked better under pressure” so I tend to wait until the last minute for anything. :)
This is the all-call for the Siesta Summer Bible Study over at Beth Moore’s LPM blog. Last year, we did the study, “Me, Myself & Lies: a thought closet makeover” by Jennifer Rothschild.
This year’s study is “Ruth-Loss, Love, & Legacy” by Kelly Minter. 
Here’s the description of the study from Lifeway’s website:
“Ruth: Loss, Love & Legacy - Member Book by Kelly Minter is a women's Bible study of Ruth's journey of unbearable loss, redeeming love, and divine legacy. The second in the Living Room Series, this 6-week study delves into the virtuous character of Ruth, her unique relationship with her mother-in-law Naomi, and her blossoming love with Boaz. The way it works is we’ll do 2 weeks of bible study on our own, then meet up every other week to discuss it and view a short video of Beth sharing her thoughts and insight on those 2 weeks of study.
Here are the dates that our group will meet:
Wednesday June 30 (1:00-2:00 pm) (intro video & get books)
Friday July 9 (1:00-2:00 pm) (Discuss & video-weeks 1-2)
Friday July 23 (10:00-11:00 am) (Discuss & video-weeks 3-4)
Friday August 4th (1:00-2:00 pm) (Discuss&video-weeks 5-6)
We’re planning to meet again, at my house this year, but may possibly move 2 (half) of our meeting times to Carrie’s in Trenton.
Workbooks are $12.95 and I will be placing the order for them SOON.
